Workplace Investigations
The Rose Group provides investigative services when workplace issues require a high-level investigation or the Company has reason to believe that it needs an investigator who may be called upon to serve as a witness in subsequent judicial proceedings. Our investigative services are available to assist employers who are facing claims of harassment, discrimination, or employee misconduct (including Cotran investigations). The Rose Group’s investigations are fair, accurate and thorough, and are structured to avoid conflicts of interest or waiver of attorney-client privilege.
Expert witness services
Ken Rose provides expert witness services for attorneys involved in sexual harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination, reasonable accommodation, wage and hour and other employment related litigation. Such services are provided both for plaintiffs and defendants.
